A message from Debbie Cordero

I would like to thank each one of our patients for your commitment to your health and making a difference in your life and the life of your family.

Now a little about how I found out about chiropractic. I have been under chiropractic care since 1981. I first came to chiropractic because of a work related injury. I was on a four foot counter top and the counter was not secured and I jumped off the counter. I didn't realize I was injured until later that evening when I had severe low back pain. I went to an Orthopedist who informed me that I had severely pulled the ligaments in my low back. His treatment included an assortment of pain relaxers and anti-inflammatory medication and two weeks off from work. I needed to work and was not satisfied with taking medication. I felt just as bad after one week. I asked my boss if there was something else I could do. He sent me to his Chiropractor. I treated with him for several months. It made a big difference to me. I didn't have to take the medication and he knew things about me that I didn't know. It was amazing. I was hooked! I felt so good after an adjustment.

It wasn't until several years later when I had my own children that I realized that chiropractic was more than just for bad backs and neck pain. It was about health and keeping your body at its maximum and not waiting to go to the seek medical help when your body is already sick. Learn as much as you can about how to stay healthy. Learn about your immune system and trust that your body is capable of healing itself in more ways than one.
